Perhaps some reciprocal is to tone it down and not come in hot as my teenagers call it!

What is the cost of an HVAC system vs. a heat pump vs. forced hot water vs. baseboard and what is the cost to the tenant? 

., not sick, just died.Then it was bought by a solar investment company that developed the nearby fields as solar fields and did not want a house by their fields. 

The market was hot (like today.)

I'll bite bc I love the STR market conversation - Mammoth Cave in KY, New River Gorge in WV, Hot Springs in AR, Nashville, IN (the town Nashville located in Indiana), and any major college town that you don't hate with a growing population and level 1 trauma center hospital.
