There’s no penalty for the cars sitting in the spots after they have fully charged.

I am typically on top of things where I do not let anything sit when the City review comments come back.

Much of this type of business simply comes from portfolio management, tweaking a portfolio by one entity releasing inventory and acquiring more, it increases the yield by conducting exchanges over having a note sit there paying to maturity.

I have had a credit history for 20 years, paid as agreed, paid off many lines, have plenty of available credit on CCs and I sit at 730-750.  

Many banks have been sitting on 2nd liens for awhile now due to compliance, regulations, and other third party risks.

Also look at what similar turnkey homes are up for sale for and if they are either sitting or in contract/what they are selling at.

Just refi back to 20 or 25 years so your P/I works versus the future property cashflow.I would not sit and wait for a higher paying customer.
