So either there are more than one person there at once, or people know that others may be coming.Otherwise, I can hang out by the front door after letting them in and telling them, "Feel free to look around, I don't want to hover over your shoulder!" 

I want to lend a hand, or just a shoulder.

As a wholesaler trying to get a great deal you are offering to shoulder that risk for them.

If you go straight while label, all the marketing to find investors will be on your shoulders.  

I had a bit of a chip on my shoulder so I made the decision to go about it my own way.I reached out to a few of the attendees afterwards, finding more people on Facebook + Linkedin and asked for intro calls.

Going through life with a chip on your shoulder won't help you, it's just going to hurt you.

I don't want to drop it on my dad's shoulders and walk away, so I am hoping to find a way to make this a decent investment.
