Coz Strongsville has good schools, but less employers. 

Mike, I can't tell you how much I agree with you.I also work at a college, and when I do exit paperwork for graduating students, I see that thier emails are still [email protected] and they wonder why there are no jobs out there!

I just graduated college and I got my degree in Finance with a focus in real estate.

Anyway, I graduated from Old Dominion University with a B.s. in Finance back in 2017, and that was really my first introduction to the idea of REI.

I always got the impression that he had a bad criminal record or never got his high school diploma/ GED equivalent or some other issue was preventing him from getting a license, because he was basically just brokering without a license but calling it consulting (I don't know any of that to be true for the record, that was just the impression that I got from his comments and might explain why he used a fake name?). 

If you're near a medical and/or law school, monthly rentals are preferred by those who are preparing for board exams over vacation rentals as well as by visiting professors. 

I live in CA (SF Bay area), looking to move out of state possibly Nevada in two years once my son graduates High School.We sold our manufactured home a couple years ago and now are renting and saving for future home.Thought about buying an investment home in Las Vegas and renting it out for the next two years, while we are not ready to move.

A college student getting an engineering degree should consider different approaches, even if he decides to deploy some/all of the inheritance in real estate, than a high school dropout working a minimum wage job. 

I'd like to keep the house for long-term appreciation since it's in a good school district and has low crime.

Gwinnett County has fantastic school systems so rental demand is strapping.
