@Charles Schmidt I have a couple friends who house hack its a good option to get things going but requires a'lot of management and being hands on so IMO its not a super scalable strategy.

I agree with Richard, if you plan on scaling, then a Series LLC would be a great options for you as it has unlimited scalability
