Do you roll the deposit over for the tenant that renewed?

So, annualized returns fall as the decades roll and you slowly pay off the mortgage. 

Besides a rent roll, copies of the leases, and P&L or cash flow statement for the property, what else do I want to look at?

It's not to say you can't be flipping and rolling money into boring assets.

A couple months of vacancy or repairs could put you behind the eight ball.You could always sell the duplex and take the equity and roll it into something bigger.

And bigger tariffs that he's supposedly going to roll out is going to make things worse.And then what happens is that the other countries respond with tariffs of their own and that costs businesses here to lose revenue because now their goods are more expensive with the added tariffs in those overseas countries.Again, I think there is a place for tariffs.

I’m assuming towing companies have an “at the owners expense” process.This will at least get the ball rolling and hopefully they can find some place else sooner rather than later.

Have a roll in capable shower with a seat...this is pretty aesthetically pleasing to provide with a glass door and doesn't need to be a tub with a door.

This year, I’m looking to really get the ball rolling with a lot more volume.
