Watch out for any water filtrations from the upstairs pool I have seen that happen in a couple of projects, make sure it's a good builder.I like boutique projects with fewer neighbors, more exclusive, less resale competition, and less rental & rate competition as well.

How long a stretch does it run to provide proper slope to drain the water effectively?

If you don’t cook, would  you spend money learning how to boil a pot of water on a stove?

We went awhile back to look at financing an auto and she blew me outta the water with a 1/4 page credit report and an 830 score LOL.  

A home on water?

I have a great tenant and very few repairs issues (I put in a new HVAC and water heater a year before I moved out) but will eventually need a new roof (house was built in 2005). 

Most properties are landscaped with water conservation in mind and therefore you don't have the expenses or hassle of maintaining large lawns, high water bills, large tree maintenance, etc.

Water/sewer/trash bills are killer in the City and they are ruthless about holding housing providers responsible while letting tenants repeatedly off the hook. 

While many appliances and the A/C, water heater, etc were updated they didn't update plumbing or wiring.

The water heater and furnace is downstairs, and the thermostat control is upstairs.
