If you want to get the most out of your new Pro membership, add a photo, a bio, and some information in your profile so people know they are communicating with a real person.

They know the rent is due and they’ll just respect you less and reinforce their believe you’re a weak landlord they can walk over. 

I respect him and what he did for BP, but that sounds like bad advice. 

With all due respect, $43,000 is not that high for a salary nowadays.

With all my respect, most real estate agents have no clue what the laws are.

I'm guessing/hoping it's a combination of my screening, having a nicer than average unit and being responsive and respectful With the tenants.  

There is almost no understanding CPM- several multimillion dollar coliving start-ups have FAILED b/c they saw the demand for coliving w/out seeing the need for a respective form of property management (see HubHaus, Common, Starling, etc).
