However, sometimes people move without telling, or you evict so you don't know what you'll need until you get there.I had a little "go" bag that I always carried with me to minimize my number of trips and my time lost chasing parts.

By optioning 25% of the units he complied with the requirement to maintain ownership, but had the "sales in the bag" so to speak.As for me, I paid market rent for 24 months, but got a 50% credit towards the future purchase -- the purchase price was set up front, at the then current market value.

We didn't have a sherriff on hand and clearly the only things we actually left on the curb were things that only the tenant would value such as his clothing and personal items. he actually showed up an hour after we left and gathered all of the bags from out front. he actually called right then asking about his belongings and storage fees if I held them and such.

It's just now I will do it in my Bigger Pockets sweatshirt or if Josh can't get the XXL thing worked out maybe he can just cut arm and head holes in one of those large contractor trash bags and paint Bigger Pockets on the front of it.
