Lending terms will be important here.I'd say the biggest challenge thus far is making sure I feel comfortable managing this remotely, as it's located about ~150 miles east of Dallas. 

But need to handle the risk of remote investing, and lackluster appreciation.

The TN focus is on adopting remote workers.

Otherwise with the dwindling tech sector in SF, and the remote work (2-3 days a week) that is most likely here to stay, it just doesn't seem like a strong mid term market to me.

There's also free services for tenants to pay their rent online which include some light accounting features.
