I would absolutely teach someone in my area if there were willing to do random tasks that are needed weekly when it comes to managing ABNBs. 

I like going to projects at random times to check as well.

I'am using the BiggerPockets calculator, an app on my phone and I just googled random calculator to cross check my numbers and I'm getting 3 different calculations.

Not exactly an answer to your question but I randomly stumbled across a tired landlord who wants to sell his property off-market in Toledo, happy to share if you are interested. 

Buying a lease from a random website seems like a risky purchase.

If we randomly placed clients without being mindful of the technical needs it would be a recipe for disaster just about every time I suppose!

To your point: buy a random house on Zillow, rent it out, everything needs to be fixed, lose money every month, sell at a loss.

@Zach Knoll I sure hope you didn't pay for one of those syndication mastermind courses that sells you on the belief you can assemble all of the components and educate a bunch of random's on how to empty their IRA account to fund your deals.
