Not sure if Pace does big events like this but he certainly sells his info and his timing was perfect for SUB to  rates rose and it was a perfect pitch for him at the time.Just like when I started in RE in 75 by 79 to 90 when rates sky rockets sub to or owner finance or wraps of our properties were 80% or more of the transactions..

Recognize in this RE environment it is unlikely to be a get rich quick environment without a full time dedication to value adds.  

My dads RE attorney taught me many things in my formative years in the business..

Other considerations are the lost costs to sell and re-purchase other properties.

One of my commercial RE agent friends  here moved out there.

The CPA does not have to be specialized in RE if it's only one property.
