That law is supposed to be in effect for the next 10 years, indexed upwards for inflation. 

You'll get a better return investing in an S&P 500 Index Fund. 

I watch the Case Shiller top 20 metros index.

I'm wondering, why would I rent out a single family home vs putting my money in a stock market index fund?

Otherwise, why would anyone lend you money for less than they can get by parking it in an index fund on Wall Street?

I removed my last name, change location(which you have to have to post), do not index my name ( I think that blocks searches of my name), hidden email, because it contains my last name, and will make my "about me" more vague.Just searched my name and bigger pockets on internet explorer, and google. every post I had made.
