Banks that are governed by Fannie and Freddie aren't going to loan on a foreclosure, you need to find a hard money lender in your area that can help you procure the property at the auction. 

@Joel Owens Although that's true, you and I both know most brokers will not press the issue if they can't prove they were the procuring cause.

Section 1101.002(1)(A)(viii) of the License Act requires licensure of those persons who procure or assist in procuring prospects to buy, sell, or lease property.
