(yes, some of the Non-QM lenders that do DSCR have FDIC-insured deposits BUT the large, private lenders that have thrived in DSCR over the last few years are not FDIC-insured lenders).

You could raise your deductibles on your existing insurance policies (consistent with any mortgage on the property) or talk with independent insurance brokers to see whether you can find a better policy.

Do realize since they are mobile homes, and have VIN numbers you are not able to take out a tradional mortgage on them not to my knowledge.
