A lot of other markets 20 years from now could be ghost towns with little demand.But on the flipside, that safety/security comes with lessor immediate returns, as is a normal balance with investments (more risk traditionally equals more short term gain potential).

@Gino Barbaro, this is a hard one because there are so many details to hit on.I guess at a high level, I prioritize them a bit differently.  

Prioritize your financial stability.

I learned this lesson the hard way during those early days.Don't wait until the last minute to complete due diligence tasks; prioritize them for early completion.

Anyone who is against predators should start from the very top, like Boeing Corp. who makes $*tty planes that keep falling off the skies lately, so CEO can earn tens of millions in bonuses for cutting the costs of production and delivering planes to airlines sooner than the engineers can properly test them for safety issues.
