Out of pocket, it is at least $1000 a year but I think it is worth it in the long run.

Is this the starter or individual plan from invelo being offered with bigger pockets pro?

Also all rehabilitation cost will be immediately out of pocket as well.

At that point, you may have to come out of pocket broker commissions unless you sell it FSBO (which is always an option if you have the time to dedicate to it).
