Are you leaning toward a quick sale so you can focus on Oregon, or do you see potential in holding onto this Florida home as a cash flow play?

This is where my mistake comes into play.

In making this post here on BP, I wanted to humbly come to the forum however and start from scratch in terms of idea generation as to any and all avenues to pursue in getting the word out there so as to not miss any options.

Currently, Cape Coral's inventory, new listings, etc are on the decline again.As @Bernard J. implied, I would take a sizeable tax hit if I sold immediately, but again there are a lot of market conditions at play. 

@Tyler MageeHey Tyler, with you being in Tampa and have 150k to play with, the possibilities are endless!

Potential redevelopment or ADU play. 

I have seen these circumstances; people die, go out and buy a car, lose their job, etc… Just my own two cents, I’m not an attorney, just play one on TV

Main thing I would think of if you are targeting families are things like pack and plays, cribs, gamerooms for kids, etc. as well.

You can play around with how much you want to take out.

Combined with rents well above market range because it's playing off emotional perception that it's "worth it" because there going to buy that home, some day..... some-day......
