Between growing our business into one of the largest STR management companies in South Jersey, building our personal portfolio, and starting a family, my time for forums and reading on platforms like BiggerPockets fell by the wayside.But I’m ready to get back into it—sharing, learning, and connecting with this amazing community.

It's still important for each individual to test the software platforms to see which one they prefer.

I don't have airdna, but i did come across one that similar tool that showed these stats for free, and even showed some of the houses people were trying to sell exclusively on these platforms.

I would also recommend getting on the VRBO platform immediately. 

Don't want to work a W2 forever.I haven't tried all of the platforms by any means but Gemini vs ChatGPT for example, I will ask them questions in regards to evaluating markets and if they don't like the idea (don't know where to look?)

Though I do also like the platform crypto’s like Etherium, Stellar Lumens, etc.

Currently using Batch leads which maxes me out at 1,000 texts a day, does anybody out there have a program that they recommend that is affordable and allow me to increase my volume of texts per day? 

They sell you on the platform before you can actually get in and play around.  

I think off-platform marketing is more important here than almost any other market.
