I'm sure there's a lot of legalese behind a lot of the questions, but at the end of the day if a doctor can connect to robot in another hemisphere to conduct a vital surgery - there's no reason buying a property should involve this many moving pieces.

They just aren't.But for retrofits, there's as good as you're going to get without major surgery on your building.I've used them to replace or augment gas heating in a couple of projects.

Hello everyone,Long time member, first time poster.It’s a long story and I’m writing this on my phone so I’ll skip some parts.Current residents in one of my units are not actually on a lease (mom is on lease but moving out leaving daughter there etc)I’ve already talked to them letting them know we will need to have a new lease signed with everyone living there to be on it.During our conversation, it was mentioned that one of them will be having a surgery soon and will be in a wheelchair for a while.They requested I add a ramp to the house (this is a double width mobile home).So my question is, do I have to add the ramp?

We bought some of those large plastic trash bins from Home Deport, 64 gallon I think, with a few smaller recycling bin and all of the tenants haven't had an issue wheeling their trash to the curb (and buying their own town specific trash bags).
