Really a 'pause' on all financials is what needs to be done, and essentials subsidized by the government, but obviously that isn't going to happen, so we're left in this limbo...

Personally, my prediction is that if anything, the market will take a pause and prices will stay frozen.

@Chris Hopper The 30 year loan has been paused indefinitely for us but the fix and flip  program is keeping very busy. 

You don't show it but what did your data show in the beginning of March that made you pause your purchases?  

Instead of 20-25% down on rental loan, I'm being told all rental loans are on "pause"The only lender I am having luck is one who has their own capital.
