I have a great one that's based in Addison/Villa Park.

By-right uses are much simpler since they don’t require additional government approval beyond standard permits.Development Standards: Once zoning is clear, factor in the regulations such as setbacks, parking requirements, density, and other local standards.

(E.g. the development of a park isn't going to cause an influx of jobs.

I'm a licensed commercial and residential agent and looking to acquire 28 units though owner financing. someone knocked it out of the park when they said your return is theoretically higher if you use financing vs cash.

This is what wealthy out of country (many Chinese) who already made lots of money elsewhere do- they like to park their money in class A or B condos.

We updated his listing with better photos and added some details about the neighborhood amenities-like the nearby parks and cafes-and it made a real difference.

Because I park it at home and we cant have a business vehicle parked at home .

In hindsight I wish I could have parked my capital somewhere besides cash in the interim, and I'd like to avoid making the same mistake twice.
