I am curious to what you guys think about how you are choosing your real estate investment locations based off the pandemic rules in each jurisdiction.

If you're relatively central and you're like a lot of people who have experienced working from home during the pandemic, you may dream of a home with two offices or a pool.

I don't see a reality where Denver real estate values decline, but I do think it is reasonable that we see the market start to return to pre-pandemic metrics (3-5 offers on a house instead of 20).

Several things on Meetup before the pandemic.....Heck there was even a "cashflow game" meetup that was going on once or twice a month in Danville and San Ramon before as well.

They are tentative, with the recent pandemic, of throwing all of their proceeds from the sale at one large investment.

Current pandemic rate rentals in the building are going for $1750-1850 for a 1 bedroom though they have been on the market for quite some time.

There might be plays in the commercial space right now with the effects of the pandemic, but I know little to nothing about that world right now.That's why i'm personally investing out of province (despite desperately wishing I could stay local)
