I have tried getting in touch with a few places I found online and that I got names from other investors I know but have not even gotten my messages returned.Any and all recommendations that anyone can give me for an outfit that would pick up a single SFR in the area I'd really appreciate it.

There are some good outfits there though, certainly, but it's heydey was really a few years ago.

I've had tenants who would wash a "load" of one outfit.   

Must be from doctor with in person exam.Doctors are less likely to risk their reputation and license with bogus diagnoses, unlike these online ESA outfits which have no risk/liability/skin in the game.The ESA barrier to entry is too low right now.We need a way to push back against these fake ESA websites.

if U have never had a bad deal or lost money in real estate   be it notes or the physical asset.this simply means you don't do many deals or your fibbing .. any high volume outfit will have a few bummers.. 

If you design it right, furnish it right, and take great photos, then it's almost sure to outperform other homes in the immediate area (this is assuming that it is outfitted with modern amenities like power, sewer, water, air conditioning, etc)I've talked with several contractors over the years about doing something similar.

I also had connection with some outfit specializing  in mobile homes and mobile homes set up that I was turning my leads over to a couple years back.

I’ve heard good things about Zach Lemaster at Rent to Retirement, but curious if you have any additional outfits I should look into.

I'd knock down those columns in my favorite Spartacus outfit, record it on video, and put it on the internet.

These outfits jack up the foundation millimeters at a time.
