This year is this one self called "data" agent that was written about in the NYT and now in this article about the all of the IPO money will drive up property prices.

None of my tenants see each other's communications traffic - each unit has it's own network (physical and logical) which are multiplexed onto a common fibre feed from the building ... a very similar design to office buildings/campuses.The technology is a strawman in this debate, the real issue is agency and responsibility for oneself versus liability for the actions of another.

Being able to zone away people not like one self is not a constitutional right.

Success in any endeavor has no correlation with the level of education, but all to do with oneself.

There is no sense in leaving oneself open to such a potential disastrous lawsuit without coverage which could have been remedied with a correctly written insurance policy.

So I think a wholesaler calling oneself an investor isn't quite accurate.  

@Brian Pulaski, it's all in the fine print, as it is in so many businesses where the difference between being 100% good and opening oneself to trouble is just a simple disclaimer that clarifies the nature of your proposition. 

I want to learn about the paperwork, connecting with attorneys, protecting oneself in deals, and understanding any potential legal issues in my state. 

These laws define source of income as the lawful manner by which a person supports oneself and his or her dependents."
