Batch is good for built in ad ons.I’ve come to realize neither program is going to be perfect.

Both programs can aggregate data based on filters like zip codes, sell scores, etc. 

This process can take a couple of months if the tenants are cooperative, but will likely take 6+ months and possibly over a year.Do you know if the tenants for the subject property are cash tenants or program/voucher recipients?

The naca program will permit single home Duplex , triplex , four plex  so you can live with your wife in one town house and rent the rest 

You will have to meet the criteria but it is doable.There are a bunch of lenders on here that have programs so get with them, like @Jeff Chisum and see what's what.

I agree with @Connor Hibbs's comment on terms for first time flippers and if this is something you want to start doing more frequently I'd look for lenders that offer some type of rewards program to gain better terms through doing repeat business.

I have been working in the Cleveland markets for 10 + years with various govt programs, LOVE IT.

I went to a learn-on-the-site program that our local REIA had recently.  3BR/3BA house, owner is probably in 145K after fix up (I know the purchase price, don't know what was spent to get it ready after purchase) and a handful of years later it's now worth 190K. 

I was involved in R&D program with O.C. on "solving" a solar-on-the-roof solution that (a) worked and (b) was scalable.
