I'm Daniel, a complete newbie in this field, to be quite honest.

Think about a 16 year old wanting to borrow lots of money - all the questions you would have for a youngster (read - newbie)  a HML Is going to have about you!  

Once you buy a lead / deal from a Homevestor franchisee you're generally on your own.My experience with Homevestors is that they're savvy, creative investors who prefer to work with new investors because they can dump deals on unsuspecting newbies.

But a lot of newbies have trouble grasping how much of a battle this type of investing is going to be.
