I know this area is popular for the music festivals so I assume larger properties are in more demand (for groups)?

Music festivals are life.

(Not every agent is a trained professional, however).It's the whole package you present; think about the music, not just the lyrics. 

The music is incredible and the food is amazing. 

I’d certainly like to find a non-touring job with a steady pay check but they are very far and few between in the music world unfortunately.

First, because of your musical background, you're already light years ahead of many experienced investors. 

Would love some feedback and this one is tricky with the 7-day because most of the time if I put a 7-day which is rare... it's for them having a dog, parking over the water meter, loud music, too many people in the place, etc.   

I feel like we’re due for a correction soon and I’m worried about being stuck with a $500k+ home when the music stops.
