If the unit is uninhabitable for 2 weeks, then the tenant would have the option to terminate their lease and get their deposit back and move on. 

I think many ppl will be moving out soon. 

Should be plenty of options, are you looking at moving completely away from conventional/bank loans and into a DSCR loan?
