I wanted to ask if anyone has done a subject-to on a mobile home?  

I bought a pre HUD mobile home on an acre last year and rent it to my handyman.

New (ish) wholesaler looking to do a mobile home deal in Jacksonville Florida in which the seller wants to get out and over with it.

A couple other tips;you can’t use the renovation loan to finance renovations to the commercial space. only exception is if you need to do repairs to the core structure or mechanicals that are integral to the building (ie, structural work, sewer lines, water mains)Make sure you work with a lender that knows how to do these.

Any insights on economic development, population movement and jobs diversity for Mobile, AL will be much appreciated.I have already used city-data for these markets, but the information is dated.

Pay an attorney to write your operating agreement and then you can do the mechanics of the set up your state website as others have suggested.

Teaching personal finance, woodshop, home repair, car repair (the mechanical part) and cooking should be required at every high school.

Because if the mechanicals need protection from the locals, the renters must feel the need for protection from them also.Just my 2 cents.
