As a Canadian looking to invest in the states I’m wondering if there is any like minded Canadians in here who would be willing to chat! 

I would approach this question with a few things in mind, such as what are your investing objectives and how much time do you want to dedicate to this. 

For example we take a booking, they read our zero tolerance policy on partying and noise complaints and then ask us to cancel because they are a bachelorette party and do not want any issues as they do plan to drink.

Keep in mind, we did have a 37-day delay due to Hurricane Ian which impacted the build timeline as well as the entire region.

Dealing with repairs, contractors, tenants etc is something I got sick off.A relative is renting out a garage in some empty lot and the thought crossed my mind of maybe buying some lot for car parking but I havent yet done any research on potential ROI on it yet.
