Primarily, a low carbohydrate diet is what works and has, in fact, even had success with T1 diabetes.

So, that's the way I look at the current situation with rose colored glasses and making lemonade out of lemons.

Verifying income with the current employer, at a publicly listed phone number (to ensure it's not their buddy's cell phone number) is also reasonable... anything larger than a lemonade stand with 1 employee is going to have a "verification of employment" process that you can use, the authorization form to use it you just include in your tenant application package.

Have you givin any thought about reworking it into a membership spa, with rub downs, heated rocks, aromatherepy, etc... and try todraw the financialy better off couples crowd, weight loss, dieting, extras like that???
