It comes with workbooks that coincides with the online lectures and it really helped me.

I don't doubt that they have made money in RE, but now they seem to be more of a lecturing company and take a percentage of the deals that they teach you how to do for a fee.

Although I was very young I was still trying to convince my parents to buy it for me in return they lectured me about going to Detroit and hanging out 😔To each is own I guess and it’s been pretty good for me since I’ve started in my early 20’s.
