I took many courses before actually taking action on my first investment and I still have self-doubt when attempting new strategies and I have failed.Second, anyone who has not experienced self-doubt has not pushed themselves into the uncomfortable place of trying something new and potentially failing but learning a great lesson making them stronger.You are capable Robel.

Understanding when to cut your losses and sell a poorly performing investment is one of the most difficult decisions a real estate investor must learn to make.

I joined Pace Morby's Subto and Gator communities and worked on a Subto low equity acquisitions team, where I learned as much as I could and closed on my first few deals. 

I am looking into purchasing a STR in a different state and was wondering if you would be willing to give me some tips you learned along the way?

I am looking into my STR options but from what I have learned this is a overflowing market in the area and the vacancy's are increasing so I may look into mid term and long term only.
