Personally, I'd tell the 2 jokers there jazzy-BS didn't work, obviously, and I'm not going to join their circus of dumb.

That seminar is also informative - I learned a lot - but you will quickly realize it is actually a funnel for the speaker to entice you to join "the club"... whatever each of them will call it...

I’ve just recently joined BiggerPockets and am introducing myself to the real estate world, I’ve been doing a lot of research, reading, and listening to podcasts to get a good grasp on the realm.
