I suggested they obtain a buyer's broker, as the commission will be the same - maybe the broker could get the price down without irritating the seller too much :)On the other hand, the mortgage payment will be far below asking prices for commercial spaces on this strip, which has a huge number of visitors (as I said, resort area).

Odds are I'm only going to get a couple chance to show the house before the home owner starts getting curious/irritated because they obviously don't want the process to feel as if they have their house lsited on MLS with potential buyers in and out all the time.
