The bank we borrowed from last a decade ago has in the last few years after they were acquired started sending us a packet of intrusive info requests, like wanting 1040's and other stuff.

Check for past ground water intrusion along the footers and wall as I find it unlikely there were pipe leaks that caused mud to form above the vapor barrier.

I see money taken away from me and used to pay for the medical care of elderly who did not plan for their own retirement health care.Now the government has gone so far as to tell me what size soft drink I can buy and force me to buy a private sector product and if I don't, I pay a penalty.You would think that a government this intrusive would at least protect it's International Borders, but they refuse to even do that.

@Mark Creason I understand the reasons for the various clauses, it's just the existing tenants are on edge with everything that's going on and all the visits and intrusions and now they are being asked to sign this when they already signed a more conventional one two weeks ago.On top of that, if they require this in an estoppel letter, does that mean - which I have to verify with them on Monday - that they have special clauses they would need me as a landlord to incorporate into future leases?
