I would love to know where you did deals, how long it took, what you had to do to get the deals, how much you had to spend in time and money, and what kind of profits you made. 

In Florida, I would be advising my client to deliver a notice to terminate the tenant with the biting dog based on a non-curable violation and to evict that tenant if they don't vacate in time.

Heard some agents & PMs pitches, but really don't agree with their views given how intimate I am with this city among others.
