I will say that in times like these, the pandemic and uncertainty created by government intervention, that may change.

Hi Lucas.I got info and experience from other investors since my last intervention on this website and I have decided to keep the house i purchased last year.

There are countless ways we could say our properties negatively affect our neighbors and therefore we need more government intervention to regulate us and what we do with our property. 

It’s a predictable progression (excluding the standard government intervention in what otherwise should be free market economics).

It may take government intervention... in the sense that government might need to roll back some extreme anti business regulations to allow insurance companies to be profitable.

But this market is so unusual and full of government and societal interventions and situations that I just wonder..... 

(Xray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, etc.) 

I feel that I am close enough to a resolution here that using any other type of intervention would be a waste of money and time.

While AI programs may assist in identifying malignancies and other pathology radiologists used to spend plenty of time looking for, they now mostly focus on interventional radiology is still a growing field, with very competitive residency standards that isn’t going anywhere soon.
