I find it hard to come up with reasons when the screening process is being done over the internet.

For what it's worth, I found this on the HCD site under Accessory Dwelling Unit Technical Assistance memo dated Jan 10, 2020.

All it does is it aggregates information available on the Internet plus data fed into it by its "trainers."

On the site you will find lots of educational videos and networking opportunities he has put together.

He doesn’t teach you anything that can’t be found on this site.

Then think about writing off your cellphone, your internet, you car, your home office, your tax prep, etc etc etc.  

They have a ton of good groups and meet up events happening on both sites.
