The builder is not Hollistic REI it is Southern Impression Homes LLC. 

However, you can expect to recover about 50-55% of your investment when selling the home.Improve curb appeal, which is what you mentioned before, clean up the exterior, add landscaping, and make minor improvements to enhance the property's first impression.

@David Butler I listened to the episode and I didn’t get that impression at all.

So many are under the impression that because a loan doesn't report on your credit, it doesn't count or doesn't have to be disclosed on a new loan application.  

I know Columbus is talked about a lot, but appreciation hasn't been that impressive IMO.
