What is the cost for your cleaners and utilities? 

Overall our home is very clean, and that is mostly due to the fact that we pay a professional cleaner to come through and do all of the common spaces every 2 weeks.

To add to what others have said, a W9 (which is for contract workers like cleaners and handymen who are NOT your direct employees) gives you the vendor's EIN or SSN and their mailing address. 

Yeah to be honest.. similar to a LTR. once the systems are setup in regards to documents, listings, cleaners, handymen, trades etc.

The plan is list 10 of our units on Airbnb (we have current PM systems, hospitality, cleaners and maintenance techs in the area already).

We also mirror the $500 refundable DD but are trying to figure out a cleaner way to handle it. 

I am looking at doing turnkey rentals right now because my mindset currently is it will be cleaner.
