Yes, I think you might be happier with a white...there are a million whites and BM picked one for color of the year in 2017.  

You might not even be able to set up a U&O to be done that quickly - and that is one of the first things to be done once you have an agreement signed.Tell them you will close within 20 days (OK 3 weeks) - and that will make them happier with your offer.

It's only a chimney, you'll be happier you did it right the first time.
