How much trust is built on a gut feeling?

Real Estate will sharpen your instincts and make you stronger but you definitely have to stick with it.

Full gut remodel.

I see red flags and my gut says the market will start tanking by this time next year.

But my instincts told me something was off.

I obviously want to be careful, but at the same time, gut says I can get more than the meager comps show (both in quantity and value).Anyone out there facing this type of issue? 

Additionally, my renovations are full guts anymore, which helps limit some competition and allows me to push the ARVs relative to other houses for sale in the neighborhoods.Admittedly, this doesn't necessarily create substantially more deal flow.  

After the first inspection I knew this was a complete gut and remodel.

We would also need to gut out the kitchen and both baths and have them completely redone.

If you hustle and you are passionate about real estate investing my gut tells me that you will have more wealth in the long run from real estate.
