If you carry, do so after careful thought, thorough training and appropriate gravity. 

The building originally had gravity fed ducts which were all torn out. 

We have been using Gravity Gray from Lowe's, any lightish gray would work honestly.

Conversion differences may come into play too... typically the first things that come to mind for me when considering a basement apartment conversion are:1) Headroom/ceiling height2) Meeting the egress requirements3) Is the sewer line low enough to accommodate a gravity system or will a sewage crock and pump be required?

Considering the gravity of the other refinanced properties, I didn't feel it was worth it to quibble over one appraisal.

Franklinton is a great place to start as it is an up and coming area that has several large redevelopment projects, including Gravity, the Scioto Peninsula, and The Mondrian.
