Some are more efficient than others, some WAY more efficient (shout out to @Jerryll Noorden) but with 1,000% certainty THEY ALL REQUIRE EFFORT. 

However, I’m wondering if it’s worth the time and effort, especially at this stage of my career.

To Samia & the BiggerPockets Community,I have made every effort to resolve this situation amicably, but the other party has been consistently unreasonable and uncompromising.

I will go into detail more with people actually looking to take the time and effort to help each other out, since it's a win win when you build the right team! 

Hate wasting effort. 

In my experience RE investing is a reliable way to get rich slow, provided that you’re willing to invest steady effort and attention into the proper management of your portfolio over an extended period of time.   

It is most optimal to do this somewhere with high exit values, since cost to build and effort are about the same everywhere. 

I know in our case, we bought the investment through an intermediary, who I am certain earned a commission for their efforts.   

My son will be heading up the effort.  

Pay yourself near market rates for management efforts to avoid burnout.
