Where photos are provided, they are not with GPS tagging enabled so I can never validate if it is actually my property3) Poor communication4) Most services are in-house, so even if the work is not legitimate, they own the handymen that write the invoices to make it look legitThanks for posting.

The thing that makes me shake my head is some of these GPs are buying $500M in assets, making 1-2.5% in a short period of time just for buying stuff.
