Usually in old garages.....then you have to tear down and start fresh.

Keep in mind you could have additional cost for new furniture and fresh paint (cost us just over 15k) for 1800 sqft.

This resets and starts fresh every year.Some brokerages charge monthly desk fees to cover the basic administrative costs.
