Government can changes laws etc and you cant do jack squat..But I general living in North America the IRS and CRA likes to stick their nose into peoples assets especially foreign real estate.. this simple fact tends to steer me away from wanting to own any properties abroad.. bc it almost forces you to revisit when instead you can visit other places around the world..

I am honestly a very optimistic person and I still think I am optimistic about NYC and Hudson County over the long-term but I think we are headed into a nose dive in the next 3-5 years.
