The reason I make these posts is because I really worry for the new people who are so eager they will respond to anything and believe anything.

I firmly believe that everyone has the right to talk about Spain and share their opinions, even if they haven’t lived here.

We also have a firm policy, always enforce late fees and deliver a notice to pay or vacate on the 6th.

And if we're dealing with properties that are in a better condition so that there is not much fixing that needs to be done.. then the last thing missing is finding a great property management firm.

Perhaps my current firm at $6,000 is a little more suited for people with a bigger portfolio.We have 4 rentals.
